Let's increase some of that Good Good

Taking small steps towards greater vibes.

Lets see if we could add a little extra good good to our daily lives. You can go as far or as little as you feel comfortable with, this is for you only, in your private thoughts and or diary to share only if you want to.

For me the law of attraction is where I personally attach my spirituality. The way it is described is "it uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality." And like anything in life you have to believe it, to achieve it; you have to feel it; feel like you deserve it and in fact already have it. With a sincere belief that the power to make a change is within you, because it is, trust me.

There are a number of ways to manifest these changes, one being affirmations. Something you can repeat in your mind or write down as a reminder. And with these tools you will be able to attract anything you dare to ask for. Affirmations don't have to be long or complicated, in fact the less complex the better. Have a clear, simple message you want to send out.

Think about something you would like to attract in your life, how would having that make you feel? If you were to have that particular thing right here, right now, how would it make you feel, how would it effect this very moment. Stay in that feeling for a second. Take a deep breath and just be there, savoir that feeling. Believe that you are worthy of that feeling. Now by repeating these practices and affirmations you will actually start to see a change. Just like a to-do list you will be able to check these things off your list and you will start seeing results.

Affirmations are not built to take away from the now but to give you tools to manifest immediate gratification and appreciation. It's a way of teaching your mind to feel good and to ultimately attract more on a daily basis. There are plenty of studies that show how successful people in business and in sports have used this visualization method to get the results they seek, what they strive towards. They saw themselves getting that deal or at the finish line winning; they picture their victories in advance.

We could all blame someone else or ourselves for things not going as planned and for me being in the unknown and sometimes surrounded by the uncertainty of things can get to me, this is when I turn to affirmations, when I knowingly shift my thoughts towards things and feelings I want to attract.
