Live Longer, Healthier and Happier

Good health is a way of life and there is so much more to good health then body shape and size, like your gut and organs, or hair, skin and nails; a lot more than the weight, size and clothes you fit into. And before I go any further I want to state that there are health problems on both side of the size spectrum. You have to find what works for you. Fuel your body with things that make you feel good; is that going vegan and walking your neighbors dog or does that mean that you enjoy a steak and take karate lessons.
I think that the best thing that you can do to achieve a perfect body and good health is to tune in to your body and find what makes it feel good, and then do that. When that stops working change the channel and find something else. One thing will never work for everyone and there's nothing wrong with altering it to fit you.
It's incredible if someone has a goal about what they want their body to be, but long lasting good health shouldn't be about getting a specific goal externally but internally. Because body shape isn't an indication of good health, and this can often be confusing.
Positive body image isn't believing that your body looks good, it's knowing your body is good - Lindsay Kite
You can chase after an image that you have for the rest of your life but that can really damage your health if you aren't careful.
If I were to ask you what good health is, what do you think you would say? You might say eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, don't smoke and get enough sleep. And these are all great tips. Depending on where you are in the world and the things you grew up on could also influence your suggestions like 'don't drink water in a standing position' or 'sleep without pillow under head'.
Feeling good and being comfortable in your body is for you to adjust and figure out. Good health is any behavior that benefits your physical, mental, and emotional health. These habits improve your overall well-being and make you feel good.
A lot of us have insecurities built in our minds but with a deeper understanding of health we can start noticing what works and what doesn't for your body. Hopefully through that you will notice your enthusiasm for healthier changes and when you shift your mind from others bodies to how you feel inside; that's the perfect body.
